Some people have some crazy ideas, and I think one of them is to dress your pet up in a pet costume.
Halloween pet costumes are an old favorite, I guess to get people going all ga ga and giving more sweets to the trick or treaters! But dressing your pet up for Christmas was a new one for me.
For all that, there is no denying these two dogs dressed up in Christmas pet costumes as Santa's Elves can't help but bring a little cheery smile to your face.
They look to be happy enough about being dressed up.
So maybe there is nothing wrong with pet costumes for Christmas Day. It might just add another cause for fun, provided the pets love being the center of attention and aren't ridiculed or distressed by the whole affair.
